Mermaid Clapotis
This is actually from a few days ago. I've already started dropping stitiches. It's strangly gratifying. Just watching it run makes me so giddy.
So, now I've run out of yarn and need to spin some more. Luckily, I've got nearly a full bobbin and just need to finish it off and set the twist.

You're making me want to dye and spin from the fibers I've got in the other room there. Don't do this to me. Not now, anyway. I've gotten behind on my nesting, and the baby will be upon us in no time. Must resist temptation.
The results of your spinning/dyeing/knitting are beautiful. That's one of the nicest looking Clapotis scarves I've seen. The colors are wonderful together all knitted up, and you don't notice the irregularity in the yarn's thickness at all - at least not in that picture.
What is a Clapotis?
The colors are great, anyway!
